DMCA Policy for FreeSexAds.com. – Effective Date: February 6, 2023

Title 17 USC §512(f) provides civil damage penalties, including costs and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Counter-Notification for Restoration of Material:

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with FreeSexAds.com that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which FreeSexAds.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  5. An electronic or physical signature of the subscriber.

Upon receipt of a counter-notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 5 above, FreeSexAds.com will promptly provide a copy of the counter-notification to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on FreeSexAds.com’s system or network, FreeSexAds.com may, in its discretion, replace or cease disabling access to the material that was removed.
